At TeefandTees, your satisfaction comes first. While we do not offer refunds, our easy 7-day exchange process ensures you get the right product without hassle. Please read the guidelines carefully before initiating an exchange.
Exchange Guidelines
1. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds. Only exchange requests are accepted.
2. Exchange Window
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, with the original sales receipt and packaging intact.
3. Item Condition
Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
4. How to Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0318-0291823 or email officialteefandtees@gmail.com (12 PM – 9 PM, Monday to Saturday).
- Return the item via a traceable courier or registered post at your own cost.
- A Rs.100 shipping charge applies for the exchange parcel.
Important Notes
- Discounted or Sale Items: Products bought during promotions cannot be exchanged.
- Damaged Items: Report any damaged merchandise within 3 days of delivery.
- Processing Time: Exchanges may take up to 1 week to process.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If the requested item is unavailable, our support team will contact you with alternatives.
Steps to Exchange Your Order
1. Repack the Item
Include the item(s) and courier invoice in the package.
2. Ship to Us
Send via traceable courier and keep the receipt for tracking purposes.
