3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide using trusted courier services (Post-Ex, Trax).
  • Delivery times: Major cities: 2-3 working days | Smaller cities: 2-5 working days.
  • Weekend deliveries depend on courier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds, but a 7-day hassle-free exchange is available.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags.
  • Exchanges can be initiated via WhatsApp 0318-0291823 or email officialteefandtees@gmail.com.
  • Customers bear the shipping cost for exchanges, and a nominal Rs.100 delivery fee applies.

5. Product Information

  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to display settings or bulk production.
  • All products are 100% original and sourced from reputable suppliers.
