1. Shipping Areas

Within Pakistan: We deliver nationwide using Post-Ex and Trax.
International Orders: For shipping outside Pakistan, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0318-0291823 before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-3 working days
Smaller Cities & Interior Areas: 2-5 working days
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen delays.

3. Weekend Deliveries

Some orders may be delivered on Saturdays, depending on the courier service. Sunday deliveries are generally not available.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
Use this number to check your order status anytime.

5. Reserve & Collect (Karachi Only)

You can reserve your order online and pick it up at our Karachi store.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the city and order weight.
Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution, occasionally packages may get lost or damaged during transit.
If your parcel is missing or damaged, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0318-0291823.
Include your order number and details, and we will assist you promptly.

8. Important Notes

Ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct to avoid delays or cancellations.
Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
